Bombshell Coco Lodge's arrival has caused drama on Love Island. The 27-year-old graphic designer tempted real estate agent Andrew away from his other half Tasha Ghouri while she was away from the main villa on the ITV2 dating contest in neighbouring Casa Amor.
And in explosive scenes on Thursday night both Coco and Tasha were in tears as the newbie revealed that Andrew had more than just kissed her. While her arrival has stirred up drama in Mallorca, it has been revealed Coco was set to appear in another major reality show before making a U-turn to become an Islander reports the Sun.
Coco, who was one of six new girls sent into the main villa to meet the boys, had reportedly started shooting scenes for E4's hit show Married at First Sight UK. A source told the Sun: "Coco was all set for the next series of MAFS. She'd shot about a week's worth of content - costing upwards of £5,000 - and bosses were looking forward to seeing her on the show.
"They were furious when Coco told them she was quitting to go on Love Island." A spokesperson for Married At First Sight told the Manchester Evening News they don't have anything to add.

During a dramatic recoupling episode Coco was given a full-time place in the villa when Andrew caused jaws to drop by ditching his partner Tasha for her. After Tasha walked back in with new boy Billy Brown on her arm Andrew told Coco he wanted to cool things off.
An upset Coco spilled the beans about how close they had become while sharing a bed, telling other Islanders that Andrew had made sexual contact with one of her breasts. Andrew confessed to Tasha before the story got back to her and she angrily branded him a 'liar'.
Following the fallout from the night before, Tasha decides to give Andrew’s ring back. Going over to the boys in the morning, she gives the ring to Luca Bish, saying: “I don’t want to give it back to him.” Later Andrew pulls Tasha for a chat to apologise for not telling her the whole truth about what happened with Coco.
The bold TV experiment Married At First Sight sees singletons meeting their potential life partners at the altar on the day of their wedding after being matched by experts. Screened over 21 episodes last autumn, the UK format was overhauled last year to follow the lockdown hit Australian version with explosive weekly dinner parties and commitment ceremonies during which they aired their dirty laundry.
The 2021 series which ended in October resulted in romance for two out of the nine couples who are still together - Daniel and Matt and Adam Aveling and Tayah McCreith who revealed in April they are expecting their first baby together.
A date for the 2022 series has not yet been announced. But it is believed that relationship experts Mel Schilling, Paul C. Brunson and Charlene Douglas will be returning to the show.
