Love Island contestant Gemma Owen was "fuming" after the islanders took part in a challenge on tonight's show.
Things have been heating up since the girls packed their bags and left for Casa Amor. But tonight, the show's producers threw a huge spanner in the works as the singletons locked lips with the newest additions.
Both the main Villa and Casa Amor received a text which read: “Islanders, this afternoon the Villa will take on Casa Amor in ‘Raunchy Race’. The two villas will race against each other to complete a series of saucy challenges. The first villa to complete each challenge wins a point. The villa that receives the most points will win a party tonight. #HeadtoHead #LooseLipsing”.

Challenges included texts such as “The boy with the most tattoos must suck the toe of the girl he fancies the most”, “Ride the Islander you fancy the most like a bucking bronco for 20 seconds” and “Give an underwater snog to the Islander you are most likely to share a bed with”.
Gemma realised that Luca would be sharing a kiss with another girl as the shortest boy had to "lips" the tallest girl. As she realised she said: "It's Luca for f*** sake." She was later in the Beach Hut as she said: "That challenge definitely did mess with a few people's heads. It certainly p****** me off."
Ekin-Su threw gas on the fire as she said: "Gemma, Luca won." Back in the Beach Hut, Gemma added: "As soon as I heard that it was like oh the main villa won, I was like 'oh yeah, no, two can play that game'."
The next challenge involved toe sucking. Luca said: "For Gem, the toe sucking will annoy her the most. That's our little thing."
Fans on Twitter accused the producers of purposely causing a rift between the couple. Jacob said: "The producers are really trying to make a rift between Gemma and Luca in this game #LoveIsland" followed by a number of laughing crying emojis.
Another user said: "These producers are tryna push Luca and Gemma apart as much as possible #LoveIsland." Meanwhile, Jade said: "The producers definitely know that the only stable couple are Gemma and Luca because that challenge was pretty much curated to p*** them both off #LoveIsland."
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox
