The brother of Love Island star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has spoken out after feeling like she had been 'ganged up on' in the villa. The Turkish actress entered the ITV2 dating show as a bombshell contestant earlier in the series.
She quickly ruffled the girls' feathers as she made it clear she was in Majorca to find love and not 'seasonal girlfriends'. Ekin soon set her sights on Italian bombshell Davide Sanclimenti, who was then paired with Gemma Owen. But she made fireworks go off in the villa when she sneakily got to know Jay Younger.
She blew her new relationship with business owner Davide apart and coupled up with Jay, only to end up back with Davide before the chaos of Casa Amor unfolded. Ekin has since become a hit with Love Island viewers despite those in the villa often being irked by her behavior.

But according to her brother Arda, the 27-year-old is exactly the same in the real world as she is in the villa. "Let’s just put it this way, she’s made it a very memorable year already," teenager Arda laughed as he spoke to OK! Magazine.
"People have accused her of acting and playing up to the cameras, but everything you’ve seen – the cheekiness, the sass, the confrontation – that’s Ekin-Su all over."
But speaking about moments that have been difficult to watch, the musician said: "There have been a couple of times where the Islanders – especially the girls – have ganged up on her a bit, which was really hard to watch. I just wanted to be there to comfort her. But she handles every conflict very well because she’s such a strong girl."
And it looks like Davide could be welcomed into the family - if Ekin-Su's head isn't turned by Adam Collard following his heart-racing arrival this week. "I’ve got such a soft spot for Davide," Arda admitted to OK! "He seems like the most stable, self-assured guy in the villa. He’s a bit like Ekin-Su in that he’s got a big head!"
As for how he feels about David's antics during Casa Amor, Arda commented: "The way I see it, he’s just making it even after how Ekin-Su played the game at the beginning!"
