Scottish Love Island star Anton Danyluk has been feeling emotional over his physical appearance, as he says he has found it hard to 'come to terms' with how he looks at the moment.
The 27-year-old Scot shared a topless photo of himself alongside a rather emotional caption on his Instagram, as reported by the Scottish Sun.
In the caption, Anton wrote: "Not shared an update on my physique in a while.
"Tbh I’ve found it difficult to come to terms with how I’ve been looking.

"I am currently in a bulking phase and as you can see a looking a lot 'softer' than what you are used to seeing me.
"But this serves a purpose for my long term goals.
"If I can share the good with you I think it’s important to share the bad as well.
"I have teamed up with @cammackay_ we have mapped out the full year which I am super excited about.
"The man really knows his stuff and is going to take my physique to the next level".
Fans took to Anton's comments section to send their messages of support and love, with one user writing: "Nothing wrong with your physique at all bro. Or the way your looking. From an outsider’s point of view if dream to be in that shape full stop. Looking good".
Another said: "It's so hard being in the building/bulking phase, you really have to keep strong minded and be kind to yourself as your Confidence drops."
And a third wrote: "Still looking gorgeous and sexy as ever".

Love Island 2022 will start airing in the summer, in the first week of June.
