The new season of Love Island will begin tonight.
Maya Jama will welcome a new batch of singletons to the South African villa for the winter edition of the ITV programme. This year's lineup features a student from Liverpool as Tanya Manhenga is among the Islanders looking for love this season.
Love Island has been matching single people together since the ITV programme returned in 2015. The show has had mixed results with helping people find their one true love.

The ECHO has taken a look at the previous eight winning couples and whether they are still going strong after the show.
Season 8 - Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu
The popular couple were crowned last summer's winner. The two overcame a number of obstacles as they both almost had their heads turned during a dramatic time in the Majorcan villa.
However, the two are now stronger than ever as Davide supported Ekin-Su as she donned her skates for the first episode of Dancing On Ice last night. Ekin-Su was surprisingly voted to compete in the dance off, but Davide appeared on Good Morning Britain to offer some words of encouragement.
He said: "The fact that now she's in the skate-off, naturally she's a bit sad. Last night we had a long talk, but I know that she knows she's a strong woman, she's very determined, she knows what she wants, and I think this will now push her to be better week by week"
Season 7 - Millie Court and Liam Reardon
Millie Court and Liam Reardon went through a lot of drama to win the 2021 season of Love Island. The couple had a rocky patch when Liam kissed Lillie in Casa Amor, but, after a lot of grovelling, they reunited and were eventually crowned winners.
However, the romance did not last outside of the villa as they announced their split last year, with both Liam and Millie saying in their respective statements that they are "gutted" to part.
Season 6 - Paige and Finn
Paige Turley and Finn Tapp were the first winners of the Winter Love Island held in South Africa in 2020. The couple are still together over three years later and are the second Love Island winner's to remain a couple.
Season 5 - Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea
Amber Gill and Greg O'Shea were announced as the surprise winners of season 5 after they beat fan favourites Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague to the £50,000 cash prize.
However, the couple announced that they had split just five weeks following the final. Amber is now an influencer who has appeared on ITV shows such as This Morning and Loose Women, while Greg plays rugby for the Ireland national rugby sevens team.
Season 4 - Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham
Fan favourites Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham won Season 4 of the show in 2018 - and seemed as though they had all the right ingredients to enjoy a long relationship. However, Jack confirmed he had split from Danny Dyer's daughter nine months later.
Dani Dyer went on to date Sammy Kimmence and gave birth to son Santiago. However, the 26-year-old confirmed she had split from Sammy Kimmence after he was jailed for three and a half years for fraud.
Jack has since had a child named Blossom with former partner Casey Ranger.
Season 3 - Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay
Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay were the winners of Love Island season 3 back in 2017 - and they split around six months after the show ended. Kem was a contestant on Dancing on Ice - and has often appeared on This Morning, while Amber was cast in the hit Dolly Parton musical, 9 to 5.
Despite now seemingly leading very separate lives, Kem sparked fans into a frenzy their romance could be rekindled when he liked a fan's comment on TikTok which suggested the pair should get back together.
Season 2 - Cara De la Hoyde and Nathan Massey
Cara De la Hoyde and Nathan Massey paired up on the first day of Love Island season 2 and captured fan's heart to eventually be voted as the winners. The couple announced they had split just months after leaving the villa. However, they eventually got back together and are now married with two children.
Season 1 - Jessica Hayes and Max Morley
The first ever winners of the show were Jessica Hayes and Max Morley who navigated a rollercoaster journey in the villa. Jessica was engaged in a fiery battle for Max's heart with show rival Naomi Ball, but the two eventually recoupled before emerging victorious.
However, Jessica and Max split shortly after the show ended. Jessica is now a fashion influencer and mum to son Presley from a relationship with former fiancé Dan Lawry.
Max has had a dramatic love life since splitting with Jessica as he ended up dating Naomi outside of the villa, before going on to date Laura Anderson from Love Island 2018. He later appeared on MTV's Ex On the Beach.
