Jay Younger has spent a week in the Love Island villa but fans are making claims he isn't a real contestant because of his behaviour. The 28-year-old made his bombshell entrance alongside recently dumped Remi Lambert during episodes aired last week and quickly managed to break up one pairing.
He set his sights on a couple of the girls during his first date but it was Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu who sealed the deal with the pair heading off for a few secret snogs on the terrace which caused her then-partner Davide Sanclimenti to blow up at her over her sneaky behaviour.
Investment analyst Jay has since officially coupled up with Ekin-Su, a 27-year-old Turkish actress, but he appears to be having second thoughts if he latest comments are anything to go by. During Tuesday night's episode (June 21) of the ITV2 dating show the islanders also took part in a game of truth or dare, which seemed to ruffle some feathers.

The game saw Indiyah Polack choose Dami Hope after she was dared to give a lap dance and a kiss to her favourite islander. While Dami chose Indiyah for who he would most like to spend a night alone with in the hideaway bedroom. The game also caused some commotion when rugby player Jacques O’Neill said he thought Ekin-Su and Jay were the couple most likely to not work out while his ex-girlfriend Gemma and Luca were the most likely to stay together.
But Ekin-Su wasn't best pleased when Jay ended up kissing Paige Thorne, who later enjoyed a night away in the Hideaway with rugby star Jacques, when asked to kiss the Islander he would like to couple up with if he wasn't with his current partner.
His opportunity to lock lips with the Welsh paramedic came after he spoke to Gemma Owen about who out of the girls he'd have a chance with if things didn't work out with Ekin-Su. While the 19-year-old daughter of footballer Michael Owen refused to give any names, when he put forward Paige she suggested she 'would be open'.
But his latest move, after questioning Ekin-Su's bond with the other girls in the villa leading to a mini row, has left Love Island fans wondering if he is even a real contestant on the show. @knowhowhat started it by saying: "Jay isn’t real. He’s a love island producer. He’s been starting little fires here and there since he’s come into the villa. #LoveIsland," with his tweet racking up thousands of likes.
@fuddlecuddle then echoed: "Jay is a producer plant because who goes around starting s**t in every conversation their first week? #LoveIsland." @_babypeachy shared: "Pay jay HIS PRODUCER WAGE #LoveIsland." @@shayanelacey added: "Jay lowkey seems like a producer. Ekin-Su creates drama through sheer chaotic energy, Jay is moving like Littlefinger #LoveIsland."
Whil this obviously won't be the case, it hasn't stopped viewers dubbing Jay the 'villain' of the series. Following the latest episode @sh_ayy98 tweeted: "NAHHHH Jay is the BIGGEST VILLAIN there #LoveIsland." @lans4L echoed: "The real villain is jay! #LoveIsland." @simiskimmed commented: "Low key i think Jay is a villain, the s**t stirring this guy does unprovoked, unbelievable! #LoveIsland."
