Love Island returned to our screens for yet another episode tonight (July 11) continuing on from the cliff-hanger we were left on from the last time.
Fans of ITV's reality dating show were left guessing who would leave with two couples at risk of being dumped from the villa.
It wasn't the public that made the decision however and instead the islander themselves had a discussion amongst themselves to see who they would save, and who they would send home.

Sadly however it was Jay and Chyna that had to leave the show.
When the sad announcement was revealed of who would be leaving, people gathered around the couple with many of the guys saying Edinburgh's Jay was a great guy whilst his best friend in the villa, Davide, added: "whenever I needed advice I would go to Jay" as they reflected on their time with the Scots man,
Uploading to Instagram his friends and family wrote: "So that's it for our boy. To say we're proud of Jay is the biggest understatement. Although, he may not have found love in the villa, he has got so much love to come home to!

"Thank you to every single one who has chosen to follow Jay on his journey so far, we know when he gets his phone back he will be overwhelmed with all of the amazing (and some quite frightening) messages. Now for some much-needed time together as a family.

Taking to the comment section and writing on Twitter, it seems as though viewers will miss Jay. And when it comes to his relationship with Davide, many people thought the same.
One added: "I have to say Jay grew on me so much, he seems so sweet and he should have stayed longer."
Another said: "Jay's bromance with Davide will forever be unforgettable."
"Should of had longer he was amazing wishing you all the best " wrote a third.
