Those tuning into Lorraine on Friday (February 3) said it was all 'too much' as they wondered what they were watching. Lorraine Kelly was back fronting her self-titled ITV show when she was joined via video link by Dr Amir Khan.
The Scottish TV star was seen and heard chatting to the NHS doctor and the show's frequent guest about how to improve your pelvic floor. But viewers probably weren't expecting Dr Amir to suddenly strip off for his demonstration. After ditching his robe and appearing in a vest, the GP wheeled in a giant model of a vagina.
Dr Amir explained to Lorraine and those watching at home that with, age things can start to “sag” in that area if you don’t do your pelvic floor exercises. This led to the presenter to ask: "How do you actually do it?I know you’re meant to do it after you have a baby but you have so much else going on."

He then started his demonstration as he said: "Stand with your legs apart and imagine you’re in a lift with the poshest people you’ve ever met and you want to pass wind but you can’t, so you’ve got to use the muscles in your pelvis to hold that wind in."
He then encouraged: "Come on Lorraine, do it," to which the 63-year-old giggled and said: “I’m doing it, I’m doing it!" During the segment, Dr Amir also shared that men also need to do the exercises to 'combat incontinence'.
But Lorraine viewers were soon posting on social media with surprise over what they had been seeing on-screen. @JoviGirl_1980 tweeted: "I'm sorry, Dr Amir stripping off and telling you to pop a thumb in your lady parts is not what i expected to be watching over my morning brew #Lorraine."
@thomasoxley asked: "What the chuff am I watching? #lorraine." @MonaghanCalum posted: "Too much vagina at 9am #Lorraine." @MariaSw72327239 typed: "God bless us and save us what is this? #Lorraine." But @GeraldineRyan shared: "Loving #DrAmir on #Lorraine explaining how to do our pelvic floor exercises. Said it before but I wish he were my doctor!" And @Noappologies added: "#Lorraine Welll what have I just tuned into. Holding your flatulence in a lift around posh people! #pelvicfloor exercises So funny Thankyou @reallorraine."
