Ruth Langsford has shared the secrets to her age-defying appearance.
The Loose Women host appeared on today's edition of Lorraine Kelly. Ruth turned 62 in March this year, and was quizzed by the Scottish presenter on how she stays "fit, healthy and happy".
She said: "I try to do a little bit of everything and I don't do a lot of much. So I do a little bit of exercise, a little bit of mindfulness-ish, which is walking my dog.

"But I do like to enjoy my life. I like a glass of wine, I like a gin, I like some birthday cake, I like crisps. I don't want it to take over my life but the older one gets, it all starts to change a little bit."
Ruth also gave a behind-the-scenes insight into the relationship between the Loose Women panellists during the interview. She said: "We have some heated discussions, but we don’t fall out, somehow people just love to pit women against women, don’t they.
"We do disagree about things, but then five minutes later we laugh and talk about something else. We’re such a diverse group of women, different age groups, different views and different opinions on things.
"So many times I go on that show, I think one thing and by the end of the discussion I’ve changed my mind."
