ITV Loose Women star Coleen Nolan was left speechless this week after a fellow panellist made a dig at her expense. During the show on Monday (February 20), the panellists were discussing organisation and whether or not some people were natural-born organisers and leaders within a group.
As the discussion progressed, it was Coleen who came under fire from fellow show co-host Ruth Langsford as she confessed she wouldn’t ask for help from her co-star. The topic of leadership came up after Ruth shared news that South Norfolk and Broadland council has had to step in to ensure there is harmony among residents who are planning celebrations around King Charles III's coronation in May.
It would appear that the council has offered advice for locals on how to keep the peace with suggestions such as keeping planning meetings informal and trying to make sure one person doesn’t dominate. After explaining to the panellists and ITV audience that there was one councillor who stated there is always one person who likes to take charge, Ruth asked if that is the natural order of things.

Co-star and journalist, Janet Street-Porter admitted to taking charge in situations. She added this wasn't anything to be embarrassed about.
Reporting on the daytime show, the Express said that Janet said: "If you're a natural-born organiser, you might as well organise it because 90% of the rest of the population will mess it up!" She said: "If you want it done properly, it's my way or the wrong way."
Ruth, who viewers will know from her time presenting This Morning, shared her thoughts on the topic. She said: "I'm a great organiser and I don't like chaos." She explained that in a group each individual has different skill sets which will often see certain people come forward to lead. She continued: "I wouldn't say I'm a natural leader because I like to be in a team."
In a brutal swipe the panel then joked Ruth would be the person using her highlighter pens to tick off jobs on a to-do list, while Coleen would be sat colouring in. Ruth added: "I wouldn't mind that, you see, because if I was organising the event I'd go 'don't ask Coleen because she'll just get on my nerves'. But then I don't hold it against her."
Coleen interrupted. She said: "Oh, I'd hold it against you."
According to the report, Ruth told her co-star that even though she wouldn't invite her to help organise an event, she knew Coleen would still turn up and be fun. Janet then chirped: "You'd also say don't invite Janet because she's a bossy cow and I don't want her pushing me out of the way!"
The topic caused quite a debate. The 62-year-old admitted she would get both Janet and her other panellist Kéllé Bryan to help as they are both very organised people. And to demonstrate her skills, Kelle revealed her CD collection is alphabetically organised.
During their conversation, Kelle joked she needed to hang out with Loose Women's Stacey Solomon following her love of keeping things neat.
