ITV Loose Women fans swoon as Frankie Bridge shows off new look

Loose Women returned to our screens on Friday for this week's final instalment of the lunchtime TV show.

Panelists Kaye Adams, Sunetra Sarker, Frankie Bridge and Carol McGiffin sat at the table to discuss the topics of the day, including the energy crisis and the latest political news. As the show got underway, the four chatted about Boris Johnson's recent kettle analogy that left a bad taste in the mouths of many.

The outgoing Prime Minister caused offence with the suggestion buying a new £20 kettle could save people £10 each year in the long-run.

The remarks came while on a visit to the Sizewell nuclear plant, in one of his final speeches as PM before handing over the keys to Number 10 to Rishi Sunak or Liz Truss.

While many viewers took to social media to have their say, others were distracted by Frankie Bridge's new hairstyle. The former Saturdays singer had a much shorter cut, with soft waves and a subtle fringe.

Many fans of the show were quick to compliment the star. Taking to Twitter, Carole said: "Your hair looks amazing like this Frankie", while Rachel said: "Frankie looks amazing. That hairrrrrr!" [sic] Mark Edwards said: "Frankie Bridge is beautiful, wow".

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
