ITV I'm A Celebrity's Jill Scott almost unrecognisble as she's issued warning from Ant and Dec during terrifying trial

Jill Scott is finally getting another chance to shine as she takes part in the next Bushtucker Trial on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here. But she looks almost unrecognisable. The Lioness has been a firm favourite among viewers and now they'll get to see a bit more of her as she tackles Critty Critty Fang Fang.

As viewers of the ITV reality show are now voting to save their favourites, who does the daily trial is up to the campmates themselves. There is also a rule, as confirmed by show host Dec Donnelly, that the same person can't take on the trial two days in a row, instantly ruling out Mike Tindall and Seann Walsh.

But it appears Jill, 35, has stepped up to the plate and in a preview of the trial, the last woman standing is seen being transformed into Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Truly Scrumptious, donning a white headscarf and pinstripe dress as she is suspended from a great height in a car in a bd to try to get stars for camp.

In the clip released ahead of Wednesday night's show, hosts Ant and Dec can be seen looking up at the car as it hangs above the jungle. "Take your time," Ant says as Jill stands up in the car, wading through fish guts, before getting herself onto the wing of the car where underneath is a star that she has to unscrew and take back with her.

“Oh my god,” she can be heard saying as she takes a tentative step out onto the car’s wing. "Oh my god, I’ve got fish gutters," Jill mutters as she climbs out of the car and onto the wing. "Take your time," Dec can be heard saying from the safety of the ground.

As she gets to work unscrewing and collecting one of the stars, Dec shouts up to her: "You got it?" to which she replied: "I think so!" It then leads the presenting duo to warn: "Don’t drop it!"

Earlier this week, Jill was praised as she discussed coming out with her I’m A Celebrity campmate Boy George during Monday night’s episode of the show. The retired footballer said being LGBT+ in women’s football is "never an issue" but added that it is harder for male footballers as "it’s not a safe environment".

During their conversation, Jill said: “I think when you get to the point where it’s like not a question…In my head it’s just simple, you find someone, you fall in love with them, if it’s a woman, a man, but I don’t think it defines you at all." The midfielder – who was part of the Women’s Euro 2022 winning team and later retired in the summer – is in a relationship with Shelly Unitt who sent her a message in the camp during Sunday’s episode.

Shelly said: "I love you so much and now the rest of the world does too. This is because you’re such a great person with your positive, kind and encouraging self."

On Monday, comedian Seann Walsh then asked Jill: “In women’s football, coming out and homosexuality, is it more open? As obviously that is a problem in men’s football," to which Jill replied: "I think in the men’s game, it’s so difficult. If you think about how much stick they get from the chant…It’s just not a safe environment where they feel safe enough to kind of do that, and that’s so sad. But yeah, in women’s football it’s just never an issue. Some have partners that are female, some are married to men.”

Jill also explained that when she was growing up she would watch David Beckham and Steven Gerrard as there were "no female role models". She added: "And now I’ll put on my own soccer camps and the girls have the female players on the back of their shirt."
