After three weeks of jungle living, the final of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! is almost upon us and one more celebrity has been evicted from the show. Mike Tindall became the eighth celebrity to have been voted out by the public, leaving Jill Scott, Owen Warner and Matt Hancock to battle it out for the crown of Jungle King or Queen.
It comes after the remaining celebrities faced the much-loved traditional final trial, Celebrity Cyclone, which saw the MP, former rugby legend, Lioness and Hollyoaks actor battle through what ITV calls "TV’s toughest entertainment challenge".
The trial sees contestants dress up as superheroes as they try to walk up a huge water slide while they are pelted with objects and obstacles in a bid to take them out. This year, these included a rotating platform, a wind machine and torrents of water.

This year's show has seen celebrities returned to the show's original location in Australia. Over the previous two years, the show had been set in Wales due to Covid travelling restrictions. And for this Celebrity Cyclone, the wetsuits, gloves and boots used over the last two years to keep the celebrities warm during the Welsh winter were swapped for shorts and capes.
Shock rippled through the camp as Mike was revealed to be the celebrity leaving with the final three hugging him. Jill added: "Absolutely smashed it."
Speaking to Ant and Dec after he'd gathered his things and made his way out, Mike - who was nicknamed Magic Mike in camp as he was always "there for everybody" said: "I'm good. I think you. It's been a long time so, I was getting ready. I could feel my body was getting ready because you know when the final day could be and I always said going into the final week I'm happy to go but then you get a tipping point where you wanna stay. The cyclone was a lot of fun. So yeah, I'm pretty comfortable in here. It's been an amazing journey. We've been very lucky with everyone that's been in there, and how the camp's worked together. That's a team, being in a team for a long period of my life, I didn't expect it to work out as well as it did."
When speaking about his jungle highlight, he said the "best thing" was that they all had a "lot of laughs. You can get through anything when the humour's good".
Reflecting on his experience, when asked if he was bothered by anything in there, Mike said: "No, not particularly. It's a weird thing, before I went in, I imagined the worst case scenario - my worst is normally pretty bad - then you can deal with everything that is coming. I knew that we were going to be hungry, so just get yourself ready that you're going to have that pain. Owen carries it on all sleeves, basically on his skin. I was always 'you know it's going to happen so let's not let it affect you, let's just get on with it'."
He revealed that the only time he almost had a wobble was the 'night time challenge' - but he was snapped out of hit by the jungle clown, Seann Walsh. Before greeting his wife, Zara, who looked delighted to see him, he revealed who he thought should be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle. In one word, he immediately said: "Jill."
Walking across the bridge to Zara, Mike was moved as he saw her running towards him and as they wrapped into an embrace, viewers could hear him saying: "I missed you so much".
The I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! final will air on Sunday, November 27, on ITV at 9pm.
