ITV I'm a Celeb fans 'screaming at the TV' over Adele blunder

There was embarrassment in camp as Mike Tindall and Matt Hancock tackled the latest Deals On Wheels challenge on I'm A Celebrity ...Get me Out Of Here! They found 99 red balloons strung up and had to pop them using a spike on top of their helmets.

Their aim on the ITV reality show was to solve an anagram before the sand time ran out. Matt admitted: “I’m terrible at anagrams, I’m dyslexic, so all the letters are already in an anagram, so it’s on you [Mike].”

Eventually their hard work paid off with chocolate chip cookies on offer if the rest of the camp got the answer to a multiple choice question right. Mike pleaded: “Please camp, get this right!”

In camp, they were asked how much the titles of singing superstar Adele’s albums would add up to. Looking to radio DJ Chris Moyles for the answer - either A: 70 B: 94 or C: 95 - Chris said it was 70. This was incorrect and they lost the treat.

Returning to camp empty handed, Mike said: “You telling me Moyles doesn’t know the names of her albums?” Chris said: “I’m not Adele!” And he added: “I’m clearly of no use to anyone here. This is just one long painful embarrassment for me.”

He said about the mistake: "Yeah we don't play Adele on Radio X." The problem was the campmates added up her albums 19, 21 and 30 - but forgot 25 released in 2015 which featured the classics Hello and When We Were Young, and fans flocked to Twitter in outrage.

@rebeccahollyxo_ tweeted: "Chris Moyles being a radio do and not knowing all the Adele albums." @sophieshxlling1 asked: "How did they forget this absolute masterpiece of an album?"

@DaisyTyler10 wondered: "How they all forgetting Adele album 25?"@Nintendoubt815 commented: "How they’ve actually forgotten the 25 album?"

@KentoMyLuver demanded: "Right get Chris Moyles out, that Adele question disappointed me. It’s 95." @AmySian1993 said: "Imagine missing out one of queen Adele’s albums."

@KTDuk tweeted: "As a staunch Adele fan it hurt me to see the camp sleep on 25 like that." @xViCkIx_ vented: "Can’t believe they missed out Adele’s best album (my opinion)." And @icy7_YNWA gasped: "Not them completely forgetting about Adele's most iconic album."

@IrkMeIngram said: "I’d argue that 25 is one Adele album that is actually memorable yet they completely forgot it."@Zak_ToTheFuture messaged: "I'm not even a huge Adele fan but still sat here screaming 25 at the TV." And @lucysrockin echoed: "Screaming 95 at the TV followed by 19,21,25,30."
