Good Morning Britain viewers weren't impressed with one of Susanna Reid and Ed Balls interviews on a recent episode of the ITV show. The presenters were joined by Valentine Low on the ITV News program on Wednesday, October 5.
Valentine is the author of a brand new book on the royal family called, Courtiers: The Inside Story of the Palace. The book details the power struggles within the family while examining Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's departure from the monarchy as working royals. It also discusses the relationship between Harry and his older brother, Prince William reports Manchester Evening News.

He claims the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were "unhappy" in the first year of their relationship and were reportedly ignored when asking for any help. "The people around them were doing their best, these were people who could believe in Meghan and Harry and wanted them to work," Valentine said.
"But there were signs early on in the first sort of year or so of their marriage of how unhappy Harry and Meghan were and no one really did anything about that. No one picked it up, no one flagged it, no big conversations with the courtiers in the institution."
But he added: "I don't think it would have made any difference in the sense that they still would have left because of what Harry and Meghan wanted and what the Royal Family and the Queen felt they wanted to give. I don't think there was ever a meeting point but it could have been done so much more amicably."
Susanna was also keen to understand comments that were made by those who worked with the Sussexes as it emerged they reportedly called themselves the "Sussex Survivors". The presenter asked: "And is it true that a number of the courtiers who worked with her [Meghan] call themselves the Sussex Survivors Club?"
Valentine simply responded: "Absolutely. Yeah." But Susanna pressed for an explanation as to what the courtiers had "survived" to which Valentine explained: "It was a very difficult experience for some of them. There were some extraordinary things said about their employer."
GMB viewers, however, didn't appear to enjoy the conversation. @AnnHealey fumed:: "@GMB A man who has written a book of gossip. Why is this morning news when there are so many important things going on in the world?" @tillyhill237 tweeted: "@GMB and @susannareid100 Leave Harry and Meghan alone they move miles away to get away."
@ElaineFerrie_ commented: "@GMB For God’s sake give them peace." @Chipuk09 shared: "@GMB They still can't be left alone." @Tonysta75034950 added: "#GMB oh god here we go again who gives a s**t, leave Harry and Meghan alone."
