ITV Good Morning Britain viewers issue demand after presenter shake-up

Good Morning Britain viewers issued a demand after a presenter shake-up.

Monday's edition of the ITV news programme was fronted by Rob Rinder and Ranvir Singh. Susanna Reid usually anchors episodes of Good Morning Britain from Monday - Thursday.

However, the 52-year-old is enjoying a well deserved break during the February half term. Judge Rinder and Ranvir tackled the major news stories of the day in another jam packed episode.

The two clashed with Tory MP Richard Holden after Labour slammed the current government using tax payer funds to over-spend on a "luxury lifestyle". They also interviewed Lulu over her plans for a new nationwide tour and Richie Sambora after he exited The Masked Singer over the weekend.

Viewers following the show on Twitter singled out Rob for praise during the show as they said they want the TV judge to appear on the show more regularly.

Scott said: "Robert Rinder is brilliant. Should be on #GMB permanently"

Ray added: "Rob Rinder, single-handedly restoring political balance to British network television on #GMB"

@Alfrikr_ commented: "Rob Rinder being quite restrained in his schooling of Andrew Pierce… #GMB … Rob is one of the best guest presenters of GMB"

Susan posted: "Oh good, Rob Rinder's presenting today"
