Andi Peters was out on location for his latest update on ITV Good Morning Britain. As he brought viewers news of the programme's latest competition but it was another matter that show hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley wanted to quiz him on, to which he replied that he was 'trying his hardest to hide it'.
Back on the ITV news programme on Wednesday, March 8, 52-year-old Andi was presenting from the glamourous French Riviera. From the London-based studio, presenting co-host, Susanna and Richard, noticing Andi's attire and that he wasn't his usual self - he was sporting a red t-shirt under a cosy red jacket, and Richard, 63, asked him if he was ok.
Madeley said: "Have you got a cold? You sound a bit stuffed up". Andi replied: "I have unfortunately, I'm trying my hardest to hide it! But you know what I even bought- I took from the hotel a pillow and it's with me. So when I'm not talking to you on the telly, I'm literally using the campervan properly and having a little lie down."

Proving the point, when the cameras revisited Andi, the former children's presenter could be seen lying down in the campervan with an eyemask covering his eyes and blankets over his legs.
Manchester Evening News reported that Andi had previously hosted the competition from Italy before heading to France and was preparing to jet off to Monaco. It comes weeks after Andi left viewers unimpressed over his location as he advertised the show's latest competition. He jetted off to South Africa, the current home of the winter series of Love Island to announce a new competition for GMB and Lorraine which featured £250,000 in tax-free cash as well as a separate draw to win a Fiat 500 car worth over £31,000.
Taking to social media to share their frustrations, one person wrote: "Can you explain, why sending Andi Peters around the Globe adds value to your competition?" Another added: "Why does Andi Peters have to go to Cape Town to advertise a competition?!"
