Emmerdale fans were quick to share their complaint as Amy and Karry Whyatt appeared to forget their own past. The ITV soap characters were back on screen on Monday night for the first trip to the Dales of the week.
They were seen supporting Chloe Harris as she continued to reel from her terrifying ordeal with Noah Dingle. Last week, the village newcomer was horrified to discover that her former love interest had been stalking her. After being suspicious when she found her keys down his sofa, she checked his laptop only to find hundreds of unsuspecting photos of herself.
Then, as she tried to get away with his laptop, Noah lost his cool and in an attempt to get away, Chloe fell onto the kitchen floor of the home he shares with his mum, Charity. Still not wanting her to leave, the 18-year-old pounced and tried to get her to stop screaming by putting his hand over her mouth just as Charity came in.

By the end of the week, viewers saw Noah arrested after his mum gave him up to the police with his laptop as evidence after Chas and Cain managed to claw it back from Al Chapman via a car crash which almost cost both of them their lives. Noah was unaware that it was Charity who told the police after he lashed out about Chloe being a 'snitch' and that the Dingles should deal with it in a way they always do.
Meanwhile, Chloe had been to the police station to give a statement and when she returned home with Amy and Kerry, the group spoke about the repercussions of Charity going to the police. "It took guts to do what Charity did," Amy said. "That family never dob in family no matter what."
Kerry added: "I know we all make mistakes, I try to admit to most of mine, but I feel she's been a bit too up herself to do that and has a perv for a son." As Chloe tried to defend Charity, Amy said she had 'done the right thing'. "What choice did she have, she's been a victim herself."
The use of the word victim upset Chloe as Amy said: "He's in the right place now and once the police are finished with him, he'll get the help he needs." But Emmerdale fans were quick to hit out at Amy and Kerry, reminding them of the secrets they're keeping themselves.
"I laughed at Kerry and Amy. Do they not remember what they did? "Anne Jackson wrote on Facebook to which Bernadette McAlister replied: "They seemed to have forgotten," and Mervate El Nahas said: "I know. What a joke."
Steve Picton also said: "Amy and Kerry with all those morals pleeeeese." Stephen Kilroy shared: "Has everyone forgot Kerry and Amy killed Frank? So how are they so high and mighty about Noah."
@xowildflowerxo tweeted: "Sick of Amy and Kerry being such hypocrites. Talking about getting away with stuff, ridiculous #Emmerdale." @JamieTVandNews added: "Need the Kerry/Amy/Frank story to come back so those pair of hypocrites receive some justice #Emmerdale."
Fans are referring to scenes aired in 2019 when Kerry and daughter Amy inadvertently started a fire at Sharma & Sharma chocolate factory after destroying the factory's CCTV system to cover up the fact Kerry stole charity money from the safe.
Frank had gone to the factory to collect his stuff after being accused of by Jai of being behind the missing money. But when inside, he realised his daughter Tracy was trapped inside a cupboard and tried to get her out. And while they both got out of the building safely, an explosion happened when Frank was stood near to the factory door, thrown against a van, and he ultimately died from his injuries.
