She still enjoys a close relationship with her former co-stars and took to the social media platform to send an emotional message to Charley Webb, who is known for her role as Debbie Dingle in the village.
Charley celebrated her 35th birthday over the weekend and Sammy marked the day with a special tribute. She said: "Happy birthday to my absolute soul sister.
"The most annoying generous, kind hearted and ridiculous girl I've ever met. Love you beyond Charles. We were always meant to be friends."
Charley shared an insight into her 35 birthday celebrations as she enjoyed a relaxing night with some famous Emmerdale faces. She shared a snap alongside stars such as Lucy Pargeter, Emma Atkins and Roxy Shahidi, alongside the caption: "This is 35. A room with most of my favourite people in our pyjamas. We had a sleepover with a Sound Bath Meditation and I couldn’t be happier. Happy thirty five years to me."
