Emmerdale fans have spotted a massive error in Sandra's twisted plan to get her hands on daughter Liv's money.
It comes as Sandra sunk to a new low in Thursday's episode, encouraging recovering alcoholic Liv to drown her sorrows in vodka. Liv was understandably upset after ending things with her husband Vinny.
Vinny and his mum Mandy had been rumbled secretly filming Sandra, convinced they could catch her out while trying to sell Liv's house from under her.

And when Liv found out, she felt she could no longer trust her husband. She packed him a bag and told him to leave.
While viewers know what Sandra is up to, Liv is completely unaware. But fans have now spotted a huge problem in her evil plans.
Taking to Twitter, Samantha said: "The house is not only in Liv's name but Aaron's too, she couldn't sell it without his signature on the sale contract". Chris said: "So Aaron's consent before putting a for sale sign up is just ignored is it?", while Lyn said: "You can't sell Liv's house because it isn't just hers is it".
The observation comes after soap fans noticed another problem with Sandra's plan earlier this week. Sandra had convinced Liv to move to Spain for a fresh start.
But viewers at home thought this story-line was neglecting the fact the UK has now left the EU and people cannot just move to Spain so easily any more.
