Emmerdale fans think there will be a huge DNA mix-up twist after Will Taylor made a discovery.
His daughter, Dawn, and Gaby Thomas told him they believe Jamie Tate, the son of his future wife, is still alive. Since then, he has been trying to track Jamie down and has even hired someone to help.
Viewers of the ITV soap are aware that Jamie faked his own death, but characters on the Dales mostly believe that he is gone for good. After being shot in a case of mistaken identity as Gabby's paranoia about Jamie being back spiralled, Will agreed to help and asked Harriet Finch to use her position in the police to do some digging.

Will watched on as Gabby trailed through hours and hours of CCTV footage hoping to catch a glimpse of Jamie. However it was to no avail. But later, PC Finch shared the news with Will that she'd found evidence that Jamie was recently spotted helping Hazel and Millie move house around the time Gabby and Dawn found their home abandoned.
That was when Will began paying a dodgy contact of his, Mike, who was his former cellmate. Mike told Will that a man fitting Jamie’s description was spotted near Hazel’s house and that to be able to know whether it was Jamie, he needed him to do a DNA test on baby Thomas, whom Gabby shares with Jamie.
During Thursday night's episode (June 9), Mike demanded £3,000 for the DNA results and as Will returned to the portable office, he used money from the company accounts to pay and lied to Kim about the reason why. As Mike had some news, he went to meet him but it may have been a massive waste of money.
Mike had disappointing news, as he said: "It's not Jamie. It was a zero match with a sample from Jamie's kid... results are in there, see for yourself." When he asked who the person spotted at Hazel's was, Mike said: "Hazel's ex had a son, bit of a wrong'un, drugs and all that, it was him."
But fans on Twitter thought that it could still have been Jamie after all - and the lies actually come from Gabby. One user said: "The DNA not matching doesn’t mean that it’s not Jamie Tate. It could also mean that Thomas is not Jamie Tate’s son. #Emmerdale."
Another user said: "Do we think this storyline is were going to find out baby Thomas ain’t Jamie’s after all? I don’t know why else they are going on about it when he’s not even returning #Emmerdale." Meanwhile, Mitch said: "#emmerdale Big twist- turns out Thomas is not Jamie's?"
