ITV Emmerdale fans annoyed by Chas and Charity Dingle row as they spot cousins' habit

They say you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family and that seems very apt for the Dingle clan right now.

Cousins Charity and Chas are currently at war as they both plan events at their rival businesses for the same night.

As fans of the ITV soap know Charity, alongside her son Ryan, saved The Woolpack by being the surprise buyer when the iconic boozer went to auction.

She has since got to work renovating the Wooly which was devasted by fire when former co-owner Al Chapman blew it up amid his attempts to buy Chas out and turn the pub into luxury accommodation.

Once she became owner - again - Charity attempted to make Chas and Marlon Dingle jump through hoops to get their jobs back leading to Chas refusing to work with her.

Chas has since accepted an offer of a job as manager of the B&B owned by Eric Pollard and the rivalry between the pair has stepped up a gear as the re-opening of the Woolpack is set for the same night as Chas' plan to host a party for recently married Vinny and Liv.

The pair have since been trying to outdo each other by sabotaging the other's events and now even Eric has got involved, directing Marlon's food delivery back to the supplier during Wednesday night's trip to the Dales.

But Emmerdale fans aren't impressed and have been taking to social media to vent their frustrations.

@GavinEvs tweeted: "Chas & Charity storyline makes me wanna vomit #emmerdale."

"Charity versus Chastity is as boringly predictable as Meena versus Manpreet. #Emmerdale," @cumiskey55 commented.

They were tormenting each other during the latest episode (ITV)

However, they're more annoyed by their constant habit.

"Is it possible for Chas and Charity to get through just one show without shouting! #Emmerdale," @joy9kat commented.

@charleezcat tweeted: "#emmerdale WHY IS CHAS & CHARITY SHOUTING ALL THE TIME? It doesn’t make the story exciting at all. It is still booooooooring."
