Emmerdale fans were pleading for a warning after Chas Dingle's remark on tonight's episode.
Wednesday's edition of the long-running soap continued to explore the ownership battle to see who will be the next owner of The Woolpack.
The pub was destroyed in the dramatic Christmas Day explosion which ruined Al Chapman's bid to take over The Woolpack.

Chas and Marlon Dingle were the previous landlords and their financial struggles have left them with no other option but to auction the pub.
A twist in the latest episode saw Kim Tate turn her attention to take over The Woolpack.
The fierce matriarch is looking for a new project to focus her mind on and is gathering the funds together to place a bid.
Chas was furious at the news, but she started off the episode in pleasant spirits as she was planning a trip for her and Paddy Kirk.
The character, played by Lucy Pargeter, consulted her Amazon Alexa to find out what the weather was like in Paris, but fans took to Twitter in hysterics after her request set off the voice AI in their own home.
Viewers were surprised by the scene and pleaded with the show to issue a warning before any future references.
Frances said: "We should have been given an Alexa warning before #Emmerdale started. She doesn't listen to me but she'll listen to Chas"
