ITV Emmerdale blunder baffles fans as star exits village for Ibiza

Emmerdale viewers spotted a blunder as a character exited the show.

Thursday's dramatic episode saw Naomi Walters' stint in the fictional Yorkshire village come to an end. The character, played by Karene Peter, has endured a difficult time in the village as she was used by the villainous Alex Moore earlier this year.

The Anderson family have since been rocked with further drama with the arrival of Charles' mum, Claudette, and dad, Victor. Victor has bonded with Naomi since he arrived in the village and was enjoying a drink in The Woolpack in the latest episode.

Naomi was behind the bar and was accused of giving his grandad free drinks. She was furious with the accusation and quit her position at the iconic TV pub.

Victor had a heart-to-heart with Naomi and told her to live out her dreams and go travelling with her friends. She followed his advice as she borrowed money from Vinny Dingle to join her friend for a new life in Ibiza.

It was a jam-packed episode as it also continued the fallout after Dan Spencer's arrest. The character, played by Liam Fox, started the episode behind bars after he punched stalker Lloyd in last night's show.

It was pouring down with rain as Cain Dingle picked up Dan Spencer from the police station (ITV)

He was released on bail after being questioned by the police and Cain Dingle drove to the station in the pouring down rain to pick up Dan. However, fans were confused as conditions dramatically changed in the very next scene when Naomi bid farewell.

Teena said: "Raining hard at the police station but dry as a bone in the village."
