Emmerdale and Coronation Street bosses have issued the same plea to all soap fans in a series of Instagram posts.
Both ITV soaps have been on our screens for decades with Emmerdale celebrating its 50th birthday last October. Corrie is the UK's longest-running serial drama, with a huge 62 years of broadcasting.
They are both popular with viewers for their dramatic plots, relatable characters, and for tackling important issues.

Now show bosses are urging fans to help them out as the British Soap Awards are fast-approaching. Separate Instagram updates from Corrie and Emmerdale's official accounts on Tuesday named the actors who have been shortlisted for awards.
Coronation Street's Daisy Midgeley actress Charlotte Jordan is up for Best Leading Performer, competing with Emmerdale's and Sally Dexter, who played the late Faith Dingle, and Paddy Kirk actor Dominic Brunt.
Similarly, Emmerdale's Huey Quinn, who plays Kyle Dingle, is up for the Best Young Performer award, as is Corrie's Sam Blakeman star Jude Riordan.
Emmerdale's Al Chapman star Michael Wildman and Corrie's Stephen Reid actor Todd Boyce are both up for Villain of the Year, and both shows are up for Best Soap.
Corrie and Emmerdale are both urging fans to vote for them. You can find the full shortlists and cast your votes here
