Mollie Gallagher is set to don her skates tonight for the opening episode of Dancing On Ice.
The 25-year-old soap star is renowned for her role as Nina Lucas on Coronation Street. Mollie will take to the ice alongside a familiar face as she has been partnered with Sylvain Longchambon.
The professional skater is the husband of Mollie's Corrie co-star, Samia Longchambon. Mollie admitted she was starting to get nervous when she confirmed on Lorraine she would be appearing on the upcoming season.

She said: "I'm really excited. I've not really felt nervous yet but being here today, now I'm feeling it." Mollie wowed fans as she showed off her image transformation ahead of the show.
Mollie revealed on Instagram last month she has ditched her two tone hairstyle and gone all out blonde ahead of her Dancing On Ice appearance. She captioned the post: "Quick hair change."
The change was praised by her Corrie co-stars as Kimberly Hart Simpson said: "You are beautiful." Mollie has recently been at the centre of a major storyline in Weatherfield as she found herself in a life threatening situation.
Nina was in danger when she hit her head on a rock in the woods while looking for Roy Cropper. Fortunately for the soap star, her life away from Weatherfield is a lot less turbulent than her on-screen counterpart.
Mollie regularly shares updates of her exciting life on Instagram with her 102k followers. The actress is currently in a relationship with musician, Dan Myers - and has often shared snaps of the two together.
Mollie's Corrie co-stars and fans flooded the comments to swoon over the update.
