ITV Dancing on Ice final: Regan Gascgoine won't be cheered on by dad Paul

It's the big ITV Dancing on Ice final this weekend and star Regan Gascoigne has reportedly snubbed his dad Paul. The legendary football star has reportedly missed out on an invite to the grand final to cheer on son Regan.

Sheryl and sister Bianca will be in attendance. But Regan has not confirmed Gazza's attendance in the studio as he competes against Brendan Cole and Kimberly Wyatt for the trophy.

The Sun reports Regan's dad won't be there on Sunday night, March 27. It comes after Regan prepped for the final with an ITV This Morning interview on Thursday, March 24.

During the interview, Regan slammed claims the show is fixed. Regan told Phillip Schofield: "Yeah I think we're so used to taking on routines, I think that does help.

"But when it comes to the ice skating, it is totally different. There's a right and a wrong, everything has to be in a sequence and a step, but maybe I know how to hold my arms and stuff, but that is about it. Everything else is just brand new!"

Brendan said: "So yes it's a fix because we're all really good dancers... No, trust me it is very, very different on the ice." Phil said: "No matter how many times you get people like Jayne and Chris saying yeah you can dance, and that might give you a little more elegance, it's not taught you how to skate. You are all dancers, but you're learning to skate for the first time..."

The ITV Dancing on Ice final airs at 7pm on Sunday, March 27.
