The grand finale of the hit Sunday show Dancing on Ice has been delayed due to Nottingham Forest's progression in the FA Cup.
ITV's final of the popular ice skating contest was due to air on Sunday, March 20, after the semi-final for this coming weekend.
During last Sunday night's show, Phillip Schofield announced the next episode will see a double elimination as they whittle down the couples for the grand final.
But Dancing On Ice viewers who were expecting to find out who wins the 2022 series in a fortnight will now have to wait until March 27.
ITV will be airing the FA Cup quarter-final, meaning there will be back-to-back football action on the same date with the second game, which has confirmed to be between Nottingham Forest and Liverpool, kicking off at 6pm.
Forest progressed to their first cup quarter-final since 1996 after beating Huddersfield 2-1 at the City Ground on Monday night.
This means that Dancing On Ice’s usual 6.30pm start time won’t be possible and ITV have confirmed the final will take place a week later and the show will be having a week off.
On Sunday night Paralympian Stef Reid has become the latest celebrity eliminated from Dancing On Ice in a week that saw three contestants earn perfect scores from the judges.
