Dancing On Ice fans have shared their disappointment as a tribute didn't air for one of its former stars who died.
It was announced just as the 2022 series of the ITV skating competition began that professional skater Sean Rice had died.
Canadian pair skater Sean, who appeared on Dancing On Ice in 2011 and 2012, passed away on January 14 according to his heartbroken friends.
It was fellow former Dancing On Ice star Frankie Seaman, a close friend of Sean, who shared the sad news on social media.

Sean skated on the ITV skating contest with former newsreader Angela Rippon in 2011 and with Alpine ski racer Chemmy Alcott the year after.
Frankie wrote on Twitter: "Pro skaters are heartbroken today, we lost a true larger than life great of our sport - an epic skater, a loving and devoted husband, father, and my silly, tiny friend of 20yrs - Sean Rice, 20/07/72 - 14/01/22 gone too soon but we will Love You For A Thousand Years."
Chemmy also paid tribute to Sean with a sweet message on Twitter. She wrote: "Have just heard the tragic news that Sean Rice, my partner from DOI, has passed away.
"The world will miss your amazing energy and your healing hands.
"All my love to J and S."
But fans of the series were taking to social media to ask why there wasn't a tribute for Sean on the show.
@GrianneDoherty1 tweeted: "@Schofe @hollywills Why no tribute? Even at the end, would of literally taken all of 5 seconds #DancingOnIce #RIPSeanRice."
"Very sad and shocked that there was no tribute or even a mention about the death of Sean Rice, such a gentle giant #dancingonice," @DeniseDallas said.
@carole_moyes wrote: "No tribute to Sean Rice? Very disappointed."
"Such a shame that you couldn’t mention Sean Rice #RIPSeanRice Was a great show, mark and Kimberly were amazing," @ princessdisney3 added.
A spokesperson for Dancing On Ice has said: "We are all deeply saddened to hear this news. Sean was a wonderful skater and friend to many on the Dancing On Ice team.
"Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time. "
