ITV Dancing on Ice Bez's performance leaves viewers issuing same demand

Dancing on Ice fans were issuing the same demand after Bez's performance on tonight's show.

Sunday's edition of the ITV programme was movie week and The Happy Mondays musician donned his skates for an Indiana Jones inspired routine.

Bez wore a helmet under the famous fedora for a Skaters of the Lost Ark dance alongside Angela Egan.

The two thrilled fans with their tribute to Steven Spielberg's classic film as they skated past a pit of snakes and away from a giant boulder.

The Ice Panel lauded Bez's much improved showing and he received a total of 18.

Bez was delighted with his score and said he was thrilled to receive 4.5 from each judge as he was only aiming for a 4.

Viewers on Twitter were in stitches after the entertaining routine and were all declaring that Bez should be crowned this season's winner.

@Jfield03 said: "You know it makes sense. Bez to win."

Melanie added: "Bez to win! What a legend."

Blake posted: "If Bill Bailey can win strictly, Bez can win #DancingOnIce"

Carina commented : "What an absolute legend on the ice. He has winner written all over him. Let's get that guy in the final."

Dancing On Ice airs Sundays at 6pm on ITV and ITV Hub
