ITV Corrie spoilers as Aaron preys on Amy in harrowing scenes and Stephen 'unmasked' in drugs horror

Next week worlds come crashing down for the residents of Weatherfield. Lives may never be the same again on Coronation Street for some of the soap's central characters.

Paul Foreman is concerned when he struggles to tie his bootlaces, and his boyfriend Billy and solicitor Dee-Dee Bailey convince Paul to sue factory boss Carla Barlow for negligence after she ran into him while drug driving in the Underworld van. When Dr Susan Gaddas tells Paul his hand could take up to 12 weeks to heal, his sister Gemma Winter urges him to go after Carla for loss of earnings.

Having realised Carla wasn’t insured to drive the van, her husband Peter offers Paul £15,000 compensation but asks that in return he drops the case against her. At first Paul accepts, but on Dee-Dee’s advice he returns the money, explaining he needs to wait until he’s had a full diagnosis.

He realises in horror that he must have taken the LSD. As he takes a trip down memory lane, viewers will be left wondering if Stephen could end up unmasking himself.
