ITV Corrie's Elle Mulvaney cuts stylish figure as she poses with rarely seen lookalike sister

Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney ditched the cobbles for a night at the theatre. The actress, who plays Amy Barlow in the ITV soap, was hitting the red carpet ahead of watching The Cher Show which arrived in the city on Tuesday night (May 17).

Elle and her fellow Corrie stars - including Ellie Leach (Faye Windass) and Daniel Brocklebank (Billy Mayhew) made their way to watch the all singing and all dancing show at the Opera House which has been choreographed by former Strictly star Oti Mabuse and directed by the BBC One show's former judge Dame Arlene Phillips.

While her soap castmates hit the red carpet solo, Elle was joined by her lookalike sister, Georgia. The 19-year-old looked stylish in a pair of light denim jeans and a white shirt which she tied into a cropped style. She kept it casual with a pair of white trainers and added a splash of colour with a bright green bag.

Elle's sister went for an opposite look, opting for an all-black ensemble featured a bralette, shorts and a blazer while again adding a touch of colour with a pastel purple bag which matched her strappy shoes.

The pair smiled for the camera before heading into the theatre after enjoying a drink at The Blues Kitchen in the city centre with Georgia posting a picture of her sibling on Instagram. Elle then returned to Instagram with a video from inside the auditorium as the stars of The Cher Show gave their final bows.

She shared alongside the brief clip: "Such a great night!" before adding: "We were allowed to record at this point."

Last week Elle was out with more of her Corrie co-stars as they attended The National Lottery's Big Jubilee Street Party which took place at the AO Arena to celebrate the organisations that have been awarded grants for making a huge difference to communities across the UK. The star-studded event, which was hosted by Jason Manford and Fleur East, will be aired on ITV and STV in the coming weeks.

Posing alongside Harriet Bibby (Summer Spellman) and Tanisha Gorey (Asha Alahan), the trio proved great minds think alike as they donned varying pastel blue outfits. And the girls themselves poked fun at their matching looks.

Posing backstage, the actresses stood next to Mollie Gallagher, who stars as Nina Lucas in the ITV soap, who pulled a face with her hand pointing towards her co-stars. Sharing the same photo to her Instagram Story, the teen joked: "'As if you're all in blue.'"
