Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan has shown off her incredible post-baby body in a throwback bikini snap.
The 28-year-old, who is currently taking a break from Weatherfield , shared a picture with her fans on Instagram saying she was 'getting beach ready' with her Mumma Fit workout.
Helen's photograph shows her taking a dip in the sea with her two daughters Matilda and Delilah who she shares with her fiancé, footballer Scott Sinclair.
She is wearing a tiny hot-pink two-piece with white ties showing off her toned abs and lean pins.
Her daughters are wearing matching yellow bathing suits as they soak up the sun.
Helen wrote in her caption: "Getting beach ready with my mummafit programme on @iamtv.fit
"I don’t know about you but I am still eating Matilda's chocolate Easter eggs and need to step up my game."
Some of her 790,000 followers were shocked that she thought she needed to do anymore, even criticising her for portraying an unrealistic view.

"Not a good thing for young girls who see this and who already have an amazing body want to be thin.... To many celebs these days are affecting such young girls"

Another, staceylouisecanarslan, added: "Looking lovely but as a celeb and role model I worry that while this may be absolutely normal for you to look this way, for others it’s an unrealistic goal that causes assorts is issues ."
A third, ursula_freshwater, said: "The celebs these days aren’t giving people good influences, to many are promoting weight loss and to be skinny, what’s wrong with being urself, having 3 children it’s unrealistic to be this slim after a baby. Good on u if u can do this. Promote healthy eating and good diet rather then just slim line figures. Curves are sexy too.."
But some felt the comments were too much, sandie1888, said: "Give her a break for god sake! No matter what u look like everyone has body insecurities! I agree helen looks amazing but in her eyes there probably something shes not happy with!"
