She told the ECHO: "I honestly think that Scouse girls do have the best fashion sense. They always look so glam."
Wet conditions arrived at Aintree races today but Helen was determined to not let the conditions dampen her spirits. She said: "The weather is always the same and it's always raining but I'm a northern woman and I feel like it's northern spirit and we'll just go and have a lovely time anyway."
Helen hails from Bury and told the ECHO why she always enjoys a trip to the city. She said: "I love Aintree. I love coming every year and I love dressing up.
"I have so many friends in Liverpool. I love Scousers. I feel like Scousers and Manchester girls are kind of just like the same. Nice, northern and friendly.
"I'm in Liverpool for the day but then I will be back on mummy duty tomorrow."
