ITV Coronation Street's Brooke Vincent says she's having a 'midlife crisis' as she approaches her 30th birthday

Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent has revealed she is fretting about turning 30 this year.

The soap star, who played Sophie Webster from 2004 to 2019, has told fans that she is having a 'midlife crisis' ahead of the milestone.

Brooke, who is from Audenshaw, says she is 'questioning everything' in the lead up to her 30th birthday on June 4.

The 29-year-old actress even said she is considering getting her nose pierced as well as bringing back her signature fridge which Corrie fans will remember.

The Coronation Street star is a doting mum to her two boys, two-year-old Mexx and seven -month-old Monroe.

Brooke shares her children with Sheffield United footballer Kean Bryan.

But the Corrie favourite has now admitted that her life has flown by since being 21.

"The big one. I'm only bloody 30 this year," Brooke told her followers on her Instagram story.

"I'm unsure how this has happened. I thought I would feel more 29 than I actually do.

"I swear I blinked from being 21."

Brooke then revealed that she is having a 'midlife crisis' ahead of turning 30.

"I'm having a midlife crisis, questioning everything and trying to change anything," she continued.

""I might get my nose pierced. I thought about a fridge again but I've plated the fool before.

"I mean this is potentially my last 18-30s holiday year. I can't cope. Tell me this is normal?".

After her two-year hiatus on Coronation Street, Brooke has not yet confirmed whether she will or won't be returning to the soap.

The mum-of-two is currently enjoying spending time with her children.

"I’m just being a mum and getting myself back and trying to get us into a routine and focusing on them," she told the Daily Star in August.

"It’s kind of a decision that we made as a family and it’s just nice to have that special time with them without having major distractions of what’s been going on."
