ITV Coronation Street fans spot 'red flags' as they share concern for Jenny

Coronation Street fans think newcomer Leo Thompkins is not all as his seems.

The builder is back on the scene as he romances Rovers Return landlady, Jenny Connor.

Leo first appeared in Weathefield last year when he came to survey the Platt's sinkhole.

Before work could be started, torrential rainfall caused havoc on the cobbles and Jenny ended up in the Victorian sewer.

Desperate to save her, Jenny's estranged husband Johnny headed down the sinkhole.

But as it began to fill with water, both ended up in trouble until Shona Platt arrived to save the day.

While she managed to pull Jenny to safety, it was too late for Johnny and he died in emotional scenes.

In recent weeks, Leo has been getting closer to Jenny and has been showing her off to his friends and there was even mention of meeting the parents.

As Jenny continued to be gooey-eyed over her new love interest, in Monday's episode viewers of the ITV soap saw Johnny's daughter Carla suggesting her relationship with Leo is inappropriate so soon after her dad's death.

But as Leo, played by Joe Frost, continues with his charm offensive, fans aren't convinced and think he's after one thing.

Taking to Twitter, @andrewmcb shared a photo of Leo accompanied by a string of red flag emojis.

"Is Leo going fleece Jenny!..there something about him #Corrie," @t_catttt shared.

Other Corrie fans think it could be something more than that with one tweeting: "I bet Leo is related to Johnny #corrie @itvcorrie."
