ITV Coronation Street fans share concern as they spot 'mark' on Sally Dynevor's face after return

Sally Dynevor made her return to the cobbles of Coronation Street on Friday night after taking a brief break. The soap icon took part in the 2022 series of Dancing On Ice.

Partnered with Matt Evers, 58-year-old Sally was among this year's contestants on the ITV skating competition, which comes to an end this Sunday. Sally's Corrie character went to visit her sister Gina shortly after her husband Tim, played by Joe Duttine, underwent a triple heart bypass. Tim's mother Elaine moved in to be at her son's beck and call.

During the latest hour-long trip to Weatherfield, Sally made a much welcome return. The couple struggled to keep their hands off each other - but couldn't get up to any funny business - as Tim's on doctors orders to behave himself while he recovers.

Sally tried to put her foot down and steer clear of funny business but as they pushed their luck, a disapproving Elaine returned home and cut short their saucy antics.

Some suggested it could have been around the time of her Dancing On Ice training or appearance on the show. One tweeted: "Did Sally fall on the ice?"

In response to this, one person said in a subsequent tweet: "I was just thinking the same. She must've."

The Mirror approached reps of Sally Dynevor for comment.
