Coronation Street fans have been left with plenty of questions as not one but FOUR characters disappeared - again.
Viewers of the ITV soap have been talking about the lack of screen time for Gemma Winter and Chesney Brown's quads for a long while.
But as the family became the centre of a poverty/disappearance storyline, fans were left distracted when two of the four toddlers made an unexpected appearance.
However, the parents have been struggling to make ends meet and Chesney's eldest son Joseph has been feeling the brunt.
Last week viewers saw the youngster's gran Linda Hancock jet over from Portugal and her rather posh nature is getting on Bernie Winter's nerves, leading to 'Granny Wars' on the cobbles.
But during Monday night's Corrie double bill, viewers saw Chesney fume at Linda after she put Joseph on the spot and asked if he wanted to go live with her in Portugal.
The angry dad-of-five ended up telling Linda to sling her hook, leaving Joseph disappointed that he wouldn't get to spend the night at her plush hotel.
But as he settled down on a makeshift bed in the living room due to the quads being ill, Chesney was left heartbroken when Joseph told him that he wanted to go live with Linda and leave his family behind in Weatherfield.
While fans felt sorry for Joseph, they couldn't help but be distracted by the disappearing quads.
@MeeshyJay tweeted: "All the kids seem to disappear in Corrie..The quads, Bertie, Harry.. #Corrie."
"Those are some seriously quiet quads. Are they invisible? #corrie," @Noreen78740488 said.
@IanMead64432817 asked: "Do those quads ever come downstairs? #corrie."
"The quads that are never in it #Corrie," @ljmurison added.
Corrie viewers, however, were further confused over the quads' age after they were heard crying through a baby monitor while Gemma tried to talk to Joseph about his Portugal decision.
"Also they haven’t noticed that the 3 year old quads are still making noises like a new born baby! #corrie," @blokeonradio said.
@Vivy1981 tweeted: " Sounds like a baby crying. I thought the quads were toddlers now! #corrie."
"How old are the quads in #Corrie. They must be over two, the baby monitor says otherwise?" @41dynamic asked.
Gemma and Chesney welcomed their four children - Bryn, Cleo, Carys and Aled - towards the end of 2019 while on a trip to Llandudno.
That would mean the children would be turning three this year.
