A well-known ITV quiz-master has once again wowed his fans around the world with his remarkable weight loss journey, taking to social media to show off his almost unrecognisable physique.

The 6ft 6in-tall ITV giant, Mark Labbett, who goes by the moniker 'The Beast' due to his tall stature took to Twitter on Wednesday (26 January) to confidently share his improved physique, much to the delight of his followers around the world.

And in return, he was greeted with messages of encouragement and positivity from his global fans who were ecstatic to see the brain-box doing so well with his body transformation.

Mark took to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon to post a selfie in the mirror, captioned: "52 inch chest so down from 5xl to 2xl, still work to do…..xl or bust :)."

And his progress was complimented in return by his loyal fan-base, spreading positive messages of motivation and congratulations.

One Twitter user wrote: "Great job, Mark! I’m currently a 5xl and wish I had the will power to accomplish what you have done," while another commented: "Keep up the good work mate. I’m trying to shed a few pounds and it’s not proving easy at my age, but you’ve inspired me to try harder."

And others also shared their own weight-loss journeys, inspired by Mark's hard work and dedication over the last couple of years.

One hardworking transformee wrote: "The beast lad incredible how far you've come be proud of yourself, I myself know how hard it is to change I'm now down 58kilos. Never give up on that vision and believe in yourself - anything is possible."

Another commented: "Brilliant Mark. I lost nearly 10 stone a few years back, best thing I’ve ever done"

Co-Chaser Paul 'Sinhaman' Sinha on the other hand, was just upset that Mark had been put up in a nicer hotel than him on the day.

This is not the first time that The Beast has wowed people globally with his physique either.

In March last year, the ITV smarty showcased his transformation on hit day-time TV show, Loose Women, revealing that he had shed a whopping 10 stone at the time.

Chatting to hosts Kaye Adams, Stacey Solomon, Linda Robson and Denise Welch via video call from his home, the 56-year-old explained that at his heaviest in 2003 he weighed 29 stone and then was around the 25/26 mark going into the first lockdown - before the weight "fell off" due to him having suspected Coronavirus and losing his sense of smell and taste.

Mark also attributed his 10 stone loss at the time to a high protein diet of lean meat and eating less carbs.
