Britain’s Got Talent viewers were left feeling sick after watching an act during Monday’s semi-final. The act in question was comedian Ichikawa Koikuchi, who left the judges - Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli - astonished as he spread himself on the ground and began to fart.
Despite going down well with both the judges and studio audience, viewers at home were far from impressed by the comedian’s antics. Following the episode it was reported that the act received 66 Ofcom complaints.
"Complaints related to a performance by self-proclaimed ‘fartist’ Ichikawa Koikuchi," the communication regulator wrote. What did you think of the act? Let us know in the comments.

One viewer wrote of the farting act: "I don't know why you bothered putting him through to the live shows. There was a similar act to this several years ago on the UK version of BGT that you thought was disgusting. Why did you put this guy through, while denying someone with real talent a shot of winning the contest."
A second added: "It really wasn't good, I appreciate his dedication and preparation but the idea of what he did was an absolute no go." A third said: “An act that deserved to go through missed out because of this.”
And a fourth commented: “A grown man farting on live tv… and that is talent… oh dearie me.” Unfortunately for Ichikawa, his act didn’t earn him a place in the live final - read here to find out who did.
