Italy vs England TV channel, live stream and how to watch Euro 2024 qualifier

England return to action when they begin their qualification campaign for the 2024 European Championships with a trip to Italy tonight (Thursday).

Gareth Southgate's Three Lions play their first game since the World Cup quarter-final defeat to France in December, when Harry Kane missed a penalty in a 2-1 defeat to the eventual tournament finalists. England head to Italy and then play Ukraine at Wembley on Sunday as the final international break of the season draws to a close before the Premier League season resumes.

For now, though, all eyes are on qualification for the Euros in Germany. Malta and North Macedonia are the other teams in Group C of Euro 2024 qualification, with the next round of matches taking place in June.

England's game against Italy kicks off at 8:45pm local time in Naples and is being broadcast on Channel 4 in the United Kingdom. In Italy, the match is being shown on the free-to-air channel RAI 1 Italia.

Worldwide, there is extensive coverage of the game, with top Premier League talent on show from the England team and superstars including Paris Saint-Germain pair Gianluigi Donnarumma and Marco Verratti likely to feature for the home side.

Southgate, meanwhile, has addressed talk that Euro 2024 could be his last tournament in charge of his country after a disappointing World Cup.

"Well that depends if we win," Southgate said in a press conference. "I think you have to be careful as a player not to assume when you're younger that this might not be your last chance as well.

"Of course you're always going to think you're going to have other opportunities but injury, form, new players coming through in your position, you can never take that for granted.

"Clearly the older ones know the timescale is quite clear, but everybody else has to be mindful of that as well."
