Linen is a warm weather fabric. The cloth comprised of flax is prized for its coolness and strength. In other words, you don't want to be stuck out in a blizzard sporting a linen suit. Nobody does linen better than Loro Piana and its Spring 2025 collection focuses on the maison's signature linen fiber. The fashion house just rolled out the collection's campaign and it's giving us a severe case of wanderlust.
The Italian luxury label selected Rio de Janeiro thanks in part to the region's truly lush backdrops. Photographer Mario Sorrenti is behind the lens capturing models at Casa das Canoas with the clothes complementing the textures and shapes surrounding them. This is quiet luxury at its finest. Naturally, staying quiet isn't cheap. Loro Piana's pieces, however, are designed to last a lifetime so consider indulging in the collection as an investment.
