Today we have another piece of random, but fun information. At a recent concert, star singer Adele pledged her sports fandom allegiance to the Cleveland Browns. The Browns get their second win in just as many days. Speaking to the crowd, Adele had this to say:
Buy Browns Tickets“I have to support the Cleveland Browns because my partner is from Cleveland. Well why would I support anyway? I’m from [expletive] England. So my partner, he’s a sports agent… I really don’t understand it.”
Her partner is, of course, the high school best friend and now agent of Akron’s own LeBron James, Rich Paul. Maybe the Browns can continue to give the singer something to feel good about and root for as they look to go 3-1 this week against the Baltimore Ravens.
Is this the opposite of the Drake curse? Let’s hope so as this team continues on their long 2023 trek toward the playoffs.
