Megan has already gone to Iceland, Norway, the USA, Vietnam, Japan, and Mongolia last year and Finland and Spain this year.
Megan is planning to visit another 7 countries this year if things go according to plan with a euro interrailing trip as well as flights to Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
After watching YouTuber Simon Wilson visit seven continents in seven days, Megan said she 'immediately booked her flight the next day' after watching videos. She also loves the idea that Mr. Wilson was traveling alone and found it 'exhilarating.'
Megan spoke to the MEN: "I always loved traveling. I traveled a lot when I was younger with my parents but I was in my early years of high school so I don't really count it. I want to visit these countries as an adult as it's a completely different experience, to be honest, especially traveling alone.
"When I saw Simon Wilson traveling alone, I found it crazy, to be honest, what if you got kidnapped or something else terrible happened to you? When you do it, it's completely different. It's so exhilarating knowing you are doing this on your own accord with your own plans."
Terri Feull, Megan's mother, told the MEN how she believes traveling is in their families blood: "I was a traveler too! So was her father, we met in Morroco which just shows we are travelers by heart. I really do recommend everyone travel, you'll make memories you'll never forget.
"I am so proud of her for being able to travel alone much more than her goal, to be honest. It makes her step out of her shell and tries new experiences with different people. I don't know if she will be able to visit every country in the world but I am rooting for her, fingers crossed!"
Megan continued: "When I am 40, I will hopefully have a family by then and I also will still be in the prime years of my life. Being able to visit every country and to tell my kids and future husband about it and hopefully inspire them to travel is what I look forward to.
"I am fortunate enough to be able to visit these countries, I don't want to take it for granted. I saved up quite a bit from part-time jobs and sacrificed a lot of nights out but it's worth it.
"I am also going to start documenting my travels properly, I have even been thinking of making a YouTube channel! I want my friends and family to see what the world has to offer and I want my future kids to see what their mother did."
Megan had other journeys planned in 2020 and 2021 however, COVID-19 stopped a lot of the flights due to border restrictions.
She will have traveled to 15 countries if everything goes to plan this year with her flights and another 180 to knock off the list, let's see if she can tick them all off!
If you would like to keep up with Megan's journey, she is planning to vlog all of her future adventures on her personal YouTube channel.
