Cody Drameh has been told to be "more aggressive" by Leeds United during his loan stint with Cardiff City.
Drameh has been excellent since signing on loan in January, a move he pushed through despite Elland Road boss Marcelo Bielsa wanting him to stay with the club and be part of their squad.
It's easy to see why, with the player having shown on more than one occasion his ability both in and out of possession.
Few would disagree with the notion that Leeds United have got a serious player on their hands, but in Cardiff's pre-match programme for the Coventry City game, the 20-year-old revealed what his parent club want to see more of over the coming months.
"Some of the stuff you see on the pitch from me is definitely from Marcelo Bielsa and his coaching staff," he told the club's programme.
"Their feedback was for me to be more aggressive and play on the front foot and I think the manager here has brought the best out of me since I've been here.
"His desire to get me in was the main reason that I came here.
"As a player, you always want to feel wanted and it seemed like the perfect place for me to come and play.
"The emphasis has been on being positive and wanting to attack and he's filled me with a lot of confidence to go and express myself."

Drameh, along with fellow loan signings Jordan Hugill, Tommy Doyle and Uche Ikpeazu, have played a big part in shooting the club up the table in recent weeks.
However, the fixtures come thick and fast for Cardiff and they will want more points in the back before they can stop looking over their shoulder.
The Leeds starlet, though, is loving the rigmarole of the Championship and it is no doubt aiding his progress, thus proving right his decision to force through a loan last month.
"It's a really crazy league!" he added.
"It's a league where anyone can beat anyone and it's very unpredictable.
"I'm really excited for the games we've got coming up. We've just got to keep together, because you never know, it could be anyone's moment at any time.
"Someone could get the nod one week and then it could be another player the next week.
"We just need to keep pushing each other, keep the standards high and be ready if and when we are called upon."
