Owen Hargreaves says that Premier League clubs will now be looking at former Liverpool prospect Ryan Kent after the winger was instrumental in helping Rangers stun Europa League favourites Borussia Dortmund in their own stadium.
Having dropped down from the Champions League Group Stage, the German side were hot favourites to win the competition but were blown away by the Scottish Champions, who recorded a famous 4-2 first leg away win at the Westfalenstadion, humiliating their lofty opponents.

And former Liverpool Academy graduate Kent was a constant threat all evening, turning the Dortmund defence inside out with his mazy runs, leaving TV pundit Hargreaves in awe of his performance.
Speaking on BT Sport, he said: "I love watching Ryan Kent, technically he’s absolutely brilliant. It looked like Franck Ribery when he used to do it for Bayern.
"Absolutely exceptional with the ball at his feet. Running at players is his greatest attribute.
"He shocked everyone there. Dortmund won’t have known much about him, but in the changing room, they’ll be asking who he is.
"Premier League clubs will be looking at him. He caused so many issues for Dortmund."
Kent set up John Lundstram for Rangers' second goal and had the German's defence in a spin all evening.
The 25-year-old only made one appearance for Liverpool's first team and after a succession of loans, eventually joined Rangers in September 2019 for a fee of £6.5million, winning the Scottish Premier League title under Steven Gerrard last season.
