Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag admits Antony has suffered a "serious" injury that could rule him out of the FA Cup final.
The 23-year-old was carried off in the 29th minute of United's 4-1 victory over Chelsea after a fair tackle by Trevoh Chalobah.
Antony appeared to be in tears as he received treatment and he attempted to continue but required the aid of a stretcher nine days before United face Manchester City at Wembley.

United will assess Antony over the next 24 hours to determine the extent of the damage.
"I don’t know," Ten Hag replied when asked about the severity of Antony's injury. "Everyone has seen he came off. I can tell you that it’s serious but we have to wait a minimum 24 hours and then we know probably more about the status of his injury."
Luke Shaw was also substituted at half-time with a back injury and Ten Hag did not clarify the extent of his problem.
United's biggest win of the Premier League season secured their Champions League qualification for next season three months on from the club's first trophy in almost six years with the League Cup.
Ten Hag agreed his debut season has been a success. "Yes, I think so. It's a successful season but the season is not finished.
"I have always high expectations of myself, this club belongs in the Champions League. You have to qualify for the first four, but this league is very strong and there are many teams, many clubs who can compete for the position and they can do it, they have high budgets, good squads.
"See Chelsea, massive, good squad, with outstanding players. We are happy we are in first four we played a good season in the Premier League, a very good season."
