On Tuesday, four Hamas fighters were reported to have been killed in Israeli air strikes in Jenin, located in the occupied West Bank. Additionally, a 15-year-old boy and a man lost their lives in the strikes, as confirmed by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
Israel's military stated that the air strikes targeted 'a terrorist in the area of Jenin' and noted that this was the first strike in the region in over a month. The incident occurred amidst ongoing indirect negotiations between Hamas and Israel aimed at reaching a ceasefire agreement for Gaza. These negotiations are taking place in the Qatari capital of Doha.
