Israel Delivers Humanitarian Aid To Gaza, Including Vaccines And Fuel.

Israel announced that 248 humanitarian aid trucks entered Gaza on Tuesday, as reported by Israel’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT).

Of these aid trucks, 175 were transported through the Kerem Shalom crossing, while 73 trucks entered via the Nitzana crossing, according to COGAT.

Furthermore, an additional 21 aid trucks were delivered through the Jordan delivery channel, COGAT confirmed.

Within Gaza, 126 truckloads of aid were distributed to those in need.

COGAT mentioned that a convoy of 9 food trucks was dispatched to northern Gaza recently, with a total of more than 150 trucks reaching the northern Gaza Strip over the past three weeks, primarily facilitated by the private sector.

Israel also noted that five pumping facilities in northern Gaza received fuel, and four tankers of cooking gas entered the enclave on Tuesday.

Moreover, over 200,000 doses of vaccines for diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, and Hepatitis B donated by UNICEF arrived in Gaza, Israel confirmed.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced a temporary pause in operations for a four-hour period on Wednesday in a western neighborhood of Rafah to allow for the movement of humanitarian aid.

In a separate development, the Jordanian military disclosed that it conducted six airdrops on Wednesday, delivering food aid to various locations in the northern Gaza Strip.
