A Virgin Media customer shared an email on Twitter from Virgin Media today, saying due to a "technical issue" emails services had been disrupted for most of the day.

Users are clearly furious with one customer named Kitty tweeting: "are you going to compensate customers for the lack of service all day today? And do you have any info re when we will be able to access our emails?".
Virgin Media responded saying: "Hi Kitty, I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the emails. We are aware of the issue and are working hard to resolve this. We will have this resolved as soon as we can. Can you confirm what other emails are affected?"
While another user named Raychel said: "Excellent TV picture with Virgin Media. Expected to be fixed by the 26th June?? What exactly am I paying for then?" alongside an image of her disrupted TV.
A third person added: "Absolutely no internet for 2 days now, what am I even paying for?".
